For excellent customer experience, we deliver all our products within the delivery date stipulated on the product page (website).
There are no hidden charges applied. As you enter the pin code during the order placement you will be notified whether we ship to your location or not.
Since all our products are manufactured by us, only after receiving the order we start designing the furniture and the product will be delivered to you within the committed date. In case if there is a delay of 1 or 2 days our customer support executive will reach you and keep you informed about the delivery along the reason for delay in delivery (In case there is some issue during transit of the product)
We request customers to thoroughly check the product once it has been delivered. If there is any damage/breakages/lack of shine, feel free to inform MAYATAR team right there. Our team will immediately fix the issue. The installation will be done by MAYATAR Team itself.
