Who manufactures Mayatar products?

Mayatar products are manufactured at our own manufacturing unit at Bangalore.

What all interior product Mayatar deal with?

What are all basic accessories and appliances are provided in all kitchen designs available in Mayatar online?

We provide most of the basic accessories and appliances depending on the size availabe at user site.

Will there be anyone available at the site during execution or installation to supervise?

Yes. One of our site engineers will supervise the project and would provide timely updates.

Whether you complete all work at site or factory?

All modular finish work will be done at our factory and delivered to your site. Remaining installation and manual execution will be done at the site.

Do you customize the kitchen as per the dimensions of my house?

Yes, you can pick the designs from our portal and submit to us for consultation along with your attached floor plan. Our design team will interact with you to get the complete details of your requirements and we will take the actual measurement at your site. If required, we will modify your selected designs as per the actual measurement and we will provide 3D designs for you to visualize before finalizing.

What are all prerequisite from my side, to have the site ready for installation?

Please ensure flooring, tiling and at least the first coat of paint is done. Our teams will require power to use power tools during assembly and rest room at the site. Also, we require an entry pass if required as per property owner’s rules and regulations.

Will the modular kitchen be damaged when exposed to water?

All our kitchens are designed to be resistant to the damage from water and heat. Our units are made of waterproof MDF and plywood and our backsplashes are hard-wearing and stain-proof, so there’s no risk of damage to a Mayatar kitchen.

What if I already have my own countertop?

If you want to keep your countertop, you have the option of just fitting our kitchen units around your existing surfaces. Prior to building your kitchen, we’ll just need to take some measurements to ensure that the units are built to fit with your countertop. (we can check, measure first to let you know if it’s possible, or else we’ll have to demolish but can’t take liability for countertop) . In case Mayatar team removes your existing counter top and fix it back after the cabinet is ready, it will be charged extra and also can’t take the liability for any breakage of the countertop.

I have a countertop but it is not installed. Can that be used with the Mayatar kitchen?

If your builder has provided you with granite, we’ll install for the extra cost.

What if I have a tiled kitchen and I don’t like it?

We can demolish and install the new one for extra cost.

Can I customize the kitchen and wardrobe cabinets?

We support a wide range of customization options with expert guidance. Please check with our experts during the site visit.

How much will I have to pay for transportation and installation?

We provide free assembly and installation services.

Care Instructions for your modular kitchen\Furniture

Caring for glossy and veneer finishes Avoid excessive exposure to moisture, heat, water, and spillages. Use coasters to prevent direct contact with hot plates and cups. To clean, lightly wet a soft cloth, rub gently and wipe dry. Avoid acidic and abrasive cleaning products. Cleaning metal hardware and hinges. Lightly dust hinges and other hardware with a soft brush to remove debris. Clean with warm water and mild detergent. Avoid corrosive cleaning agents and moistures.


What would be the payment terms?

50% - On placing an order online. 25% - After production and before delivery for installation. 25% - After delivery at your site and before installation. The payment can be done via online payment links/ NEFT/ cheque/ cash.

What should I do if a transaction fails?

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

Mayatar team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?

During the payment process using netbanking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the Mayatar website with your order details which you can keep a copy of. Never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.

Materials & Finish

What types of materials Mayatar team use?

We offer standard BWP/BWR plywood for wet areas and MR plywood for dry areas.

What type of different finishes available in Mayatar?

We can provide finishes like laminated / pre-laminated (gloss or matte), Veneer, Duco\PU paint, Lacquered, wooden etc.

What will be the inside finish of all cabinates?

It will be of off-white laminated finish.

Does Mayatar offer more options to choose colors?

Yes, we offer a wide range of colors. We can help you in designing a mix and match of colors as well.

Warranty & Delivery

How long warranty period?

We give warranty up to 10 year on any manufacturing defects. For more info visit warranty page.

Which are all things not considered under Mayatar warranty?

Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use, negligence, tampering, abuse, fire and natural calamity. Scratches, rips etc. No proper maintenance of the product. Long periods of water contact. Dismantling your modular kitchen. The warranty obligation is a Limited Warranty and is for the repair, replacement or credit adjustment of the defective component. What if I need service after the end of the warranty period? Will I be charged?

We are happy to provide after-sales services even after your warranty period expires. The service charges would be minimal; material charges may be incurred if anything needs replacing.

What can I do if my product is damaged?

First off, apologies if that happens. In case your product(s) has crossed our warranty period, we can’t promise that we will replace or repair for you. However, do reach out to us and we’ll surely try to help as best as we can.
